The Blogging Revolution

Blogging is a means of cummunication that enables the writer to put forth his/her thoughts and ideas instantly without the constraints which other media have. Print, television and radio are not available to everyone as is blogging. Not for the writer or the audience.   As a writer you have to be accepted by the editors and owners of these media, and as a reader you have to be present to be reached. This limits the dissemination of information and of ideas. If I have an idea, as the one I'm writing about now in this blog, I can put it out immediately for all who are interested to consider.  And because of the fluidity of this medium I can reach all those individuals who are interested in this subject. This is done via an aggrigator (RSS) which selects for me all topics I have instructed it to send to me for my consideration. Blogs can be free of government, public opinion or bias and best of all free of charge. Everyone has a voice and anyone can listen. This is true freedom.
