SAD
These are perilous times. We are all very tense about the future of our country and adding to that many of us suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It is dark and dank and getting cold as our days get shorter and nights get longer. To make this season more tollerable we must put our lives in perspective and reach for support from those around us. This includes our families. We must work at having a supportive and caring relationship with those that matter most to us. If there are rifts (or even fissures) between us theses need to be bridged so that we can weather both the weather and the fears we have for our future. Life is short. Let's live it together rather than apart from our kin and loved ones.
On the lighter side there will be an eclipse tonight. Take heart as we come out of the darkness. It is still not too late to love and appreciate one another.
